Individual extrusions

As a special service we can produce extruded tees, crosses and distribution-pipes with multiple branches according to your requirements.

With the applied "T-Drill" process we are able to provide branches with diameters from 21,3 to 168,3 mms, so a crossover between different pipe standards is possible (f. e. DIN - ISO -metric).

Extruded branches have better flow rates and are more economic than butt-welded branches.

  • Main pipe from Ø 33,7 to Ø 406,4 mms
  • branches from Ø 21,3 to Ø 168,3 mms
  • Distribution pipes with multiple braches (also twisted) up to 6 meters length
  • Production from single pieces up to small series
